Traditions is a non-gated neighborhood of single-family homes located off West Bay Street, just north of Plant Street in the northern section of Winter Garden, Florida. Most of the homes in Traditions were built between 2000 and 2001 by Adams Homes, featuring contemporary Florida styling, manageable homesites, and a great in-town location close to everything.

Downtown Winter Garden is just minutes away, offering Plant Street’s restaurants, boutiques, Farmers Market, and community events. Nearby access to Hwy 50/Colonial Drive makes commuting easy—head east to the Florida Turnpike, the 429 Expressway, and Downtown Orlando, or west toward Clermont and surrounding areas.
