Tavistock is bringing its Las Vegas restaurant concept Cañonita to Lake Nona West, with a $4.5 million buildout planned inside a 9,321-square-foot space. The restaurant is expected to open in late 2026 as the new lifestyle center continues to line up major retail tenants.
