“Bella Collina is one of the obvious new home construction opportunities in that area. It’s highly amenitized and you have a mandatory club membership there. It’s a very nice club and a very nice golf course, but it comes at a high cost. What we’re offering is very private and unique but without the obligations and further costs of club memberships,” he explained.
