A Relationship-First REALTOR

Heidi Jones is a Central Florida REALTOR with a relationship-first approach to real estate. She has been a licensed real estate professional for three years, but her experience with real estate began well before earning her license, through personally purchasing, renovating, flipping, and managing rental properties. She first entered the business by helping family and friends buy and sell their homes, and helping local families navigate rentals throughout Central Florida. What started as a way to help people quickly grew into a career that combined two things she loves: solving problems and working directly with people.

Before transitioning into real estate, Heidi owned and operated her own life and health insurance business for more than ten years. She built and led a team of more than twenty-five agents, providing coaching, training, leadership, and day-to-day business guidance. After years of working primarily from an office, she was ready for a new challenge and a career that would let her be out in the community, meeting people and building relationships. Real estate became a natural next chapter.

Outside of work, Heidi is a single mother, and raising a son with special needs has shaped her perspective on patience, advocacy, perseverance, and the understanding that every family’s needs are different. She is also deeply involved in her local church, where she serves in leadership, oversees team operations, coordinates special events, and leads the First Impressions team. Service and relationships are central to both her personal life and her business.
