According to Joel Underwood, Division President at Tri Pointe, their goal is to bring a “premium lifestyle” to the table. Think new architectural styles like Prairie and West Indies, along with community-forward features that actually stand out.
Unlike typical larger homes you might see in Sunbridge, this new neighborhood will feature a mix of smaller, design-forward homes on rear-alley and front-loaded lots. The lot sizes include 34-foot, 38-foot, and 46-foot homesites, all of which will stick to the community’s aesthetic rules—like wood frame construction and James Hardie siding.
And yes, solar is standard—either traditional rooftop panels or even a sleek Tesla roof option.
