Located on the east side of Plymouth Sorrento Road at 2601 Lent Road, Willow Run will offer 110 estate-sized lots across nearly 57 acres. Homes will range from 2,500 to 4,700 square feet, with lot sizes of 95 by 130 feet. Prices are expected to start in the high $600,000s to low $700,000s.
Construction Timeline and Strategic Launch
M/I Homes acquired the land last September for $9.5 million. After site prep begins later this month, vertical construction is projected to start in late Q3 or early Q4 of 2025. The timing is strategic—Willow Run is expected to go live shortly after nearby Wolf Lake Ranch sells out, offering a seamless transition for buyers looking in the high-end Apopka market.
